We deliver to all major cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, and all smaller towns. Delivery is via train, bus, and truck depending on your location.

Major cities: 2-4 business days. Smaller towns: 5-7 business days. For live plants, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend transit delays that could damage plants.

We accept JazzCash, Allied Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 5,000. For larger orders, advance payment via bank transfer is required.

Yes! Our seeds are tested for germination rate (typically 80-90%). Each seed product page shows the tested germination rate. We do not sell seeds with less than 70% germination rate.

We take full responsibility. If your plants arrive damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. Live plants have a 7-day survival guarantee.

Plants and seeds cannot be returned due to their nature. Gardening tools can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days.

Yes, for bulk orders (10+ plants or 5+ tool units), we offer 10-15% discount. Farmers and businesses can contact us via WhatsApp for wholesale pricing.
