Welcome to Pattoki.Pk. By using our website and ordering from us, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

We sell plants, seeds, gardening tools, fertilizers, grow bags, pots, and related gardening products. All products are described accurately on our website. Product images may vary slightly from actual items due to natural variations in plants.

Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website form or directly on WhatsApp. All orders require confirmation — we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm product availability, total price (including delivery), and payment method.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your location and order size.

Payment Methods

We accept JazzCash, Allied Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 5,000. For orders above Rs. 5,000, advance payment via JazzCash or bank transfer is required.

Delivery

Major cities: 2-4 business days. Smaller towns: 5-7 business days. Live plants ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend transit delays.

Plant Survival Guarantee

Live plants come with a 7-day survival guarantee. If your plant dies within 7 days of delivery despite proper care, send a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Seeds Germination

All seeds are tested for 85%+ germination rate. However, germination depends on planting conditions. We cannot guarantee germination results as these are environmental factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Plants and seeds cannot be returned due to their nature. Gardening tools can be returned within 7 days if unused. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days.
