When you place an order, we keep your order details for 2 years for warranty and return purposes. After this period, your order data is deleted.

WhatsApp is our primary communication channel. We retain WhatsApp conversations for up to 90 days after order completion.

Payment Information

For JazzCash and bank transfer payments, we only receive confirmation of payment — not your card or account details. Cash on Delivery (COD) requires no advance payment information.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses local storage to remember items in your cart. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for anonymous traffic statistics.
